Procedure

For phase A, add AMP-95 to water and mix until homogeneous. Add Pemulen TR-1 and mix until dispersed. Heat to 80°C and maintain at that temperature. Combine all ingredients in Phase B and heat to 80°C. When both phase A and phase B are both at 80°C, add phase B to phase A and mix until homogeneous. Adjust pH of the A/B mixture to 7.2-7.3 with AMP-95. When batch has cooled to 65°C, add phase C and phase D. Mix until homogeneous. When batch has cooled to 60°C, add phase E to batch. Cool to 55°C and pour into containers.

Appearance White, creamy wax.
